All information on this site is up to date due to the agent changes of prices and is without notices.

Any of visitor use this site to search for information, visiting photos or looking for cruises has to accept the terms and conditions of the site.

www.baitulongtravel.com is registered website and works under the law and Internet law of Vietnam. You can not copy of information or photos without our agreement.

Conditions for Reservation

+ QUESTIONS and INQUIRIES: Any questions for weather, hotels, tours or cruises can be send to us via our email address baitulongtravel@gmail.com or by fax. We will respond to you as soon as possible within 24 hours from Monday to Sunday weekly.

+RESERVATION / CONFIRMATION:

• A. How to make reservation: Provides us name of services (tour code or tour name, number of days. your full name, date of birth, nationality, your urgent contact phone number, number of people and departure date of the trip) then send to us via our bellow email address , or fax to our sales office as our fax number:++ 84 4 3926 3716.

• B. Answer and Confirmation: After we receive your questions or reservation details, we will check available of services you have requested and will answer you or confirm as soon as possible by reply email. After we received your deposit, we will reconfirm details of your booking and itinerary if you book cruise, tours or hotel Accommodation.

+ PAYMENT:

• A. DEPOSIT: A 30 % per person is required in advance to make deposit in order to hold and secure your reservation at the time of booking (sometime full payment will be ask depending on your departure date and type of services you would book).
  
  • For late reservation (less than 30 days due to the departure date of the trip) full payment for the trip or hotel reservation is required.
  • Deposit can be made by Credit Card, bank transfer ( we will advise on our confirmation email)

• B. FINAL PAYMENT:
• Final payment will be made by cash or credit card at our sales office or at your hotel in Hanoi after arrival.
  

• F.O.C for children under 4 years old.
• For children from 04 to 09 years old (stay with parents): 50% of charge.
• For children from 04 - 12 years old stay in sharing cabin: 75% of charge.
  

+ CANCELLATION :
Cancellations can be made by email or fax to us at above email or fax. If you cancel your reservation before 20 days due to your departure date of the trip, we then refund total 30 % of your deposit fee.
If you cancel your reservation less then 20 days due your departure of the trip. We will charge as 30 % and no refundable.

+ AGREEMENT:

- For deposit fee of the trip/reservation services is not including bank fees or transfer fees, customer has to pay extra for bank fees or transfer fees.

- For final payment at http://www.baitulongtravel.com
If you pay by cash is no fee, if you pay by credit or debit card we will add as 3 % bank charge into total among of your final balance.
